I recently purchased a 2004 TSX 6 speed manual without a navigation system. Is it possible for the dealership to install the oem navigation system and hands free, or should I just buy an aftermarket system.

 

yes, the stealer can install the oem nav for you but it's gonna cost about 8k+. Aftermarket nav is the way to go.

There are a few of us on this board that have done it and posted HOW TO's. Defintiely not for a novice. I f you do decide to do it, makes sure you get a service manual and an electrical manual and research, research, research.
