TSX Install Meet(3/11)
Hey guys, well a little help with installing my CAI has turned into a mini install meet here. This is going to be a TSX only meet for this forum's members. We were going to originally going to be starting at 2pm next saturday the 11th at my apartment complex parking lot. I made sure to take a look at my lease and it says nothing about working on cars, so i think we're good to go. So lets set this at 1pm address is below. We have a CAI planned, valve cover and some audio wiring as well. Please post here if you 'd like to come and hang out or just work on your car with you fellow TSX owners.

Just a little scuffle. Usually its my punching hand that gets hurt but this time I just fell and braced w/ my left hand, and the ground did all the damage. Didn't know it was broken till the next day when it hurt like hell. Brace only, no cast.
I can still work a wrench with my right hand, but my left was easier to get up in that hole for the bitch bolt. What can I say, I'm a big guy and I got big hands.

Im thinking CGTSX might be wanting to do the bumper method, i mean shit, we have a bunch of guys, we might as well take off the bumper, it will probalby take less time, and it will give me practice for when my mugen grill comes later this month
plus, Radley is 2 miles down the road, so a broken clip is easy to replace.

I don't know if we'll do my audio afterall. I kinda want to do it but the hand thing is gonna prevent me. I've got the amp in my trunk now though (in a box) and the sub is scheduled for delivery today. It'll get done soon

A couple pics from the DC area install meet
As mentioned, we had our little install meet today. My memory is horrible so someone feel free to correct anything I put down wrong below. I snapped some pics of the work and hoods of some of the cars. We didn't do a groupshot of the cars (wtf were we thinking) but for 4 hours it was an afternoon well spent. I had a great time guys and thanks for helping a gimp out!
In attendance:

DC_TSX's engine bay: (where's the F'ing intake??)
This is after stock intake removal (bumper method, thanks to lito), and before the K&N Typhoon intake install.
Now at this point, I feel stupid, because I took a before, and a few during... but no after pictures of this intake. DC_TSX, pls post one sometime for future comparisons.

Reach's engine bay:
Reach's xenonmatch fogs, OFF: (daytime.. note the 'NOT JDM YO' blue reflective appearance)
Reach's xenonmatch fogs, ON: (dusk 2 hrs later... a nice color match)
Anyway, that's all for now folks. See you all at the 3/25 DC area BBQ meet at Cabin John Park!

We had a great turnout today at the mini meet, great to meet some fellow dc metro area
TSX owners. Special thanks to Lito for the extensive help on the typhoon CAI install, its much appreciated. Cant wait for the next on in April. Some pics of the finished project to follow. Also, for future typhoon installs, you can do a coolant line bypass, see the pic. Had a great time time today and i appreciate all the help from everyone.
