TSX engine swap

HELP!!
My 2008 TSX has a leaking head gasket, I have a wrecked 2004 with a great engine.
Can I put the 2004 engine in my 2008 car without any ECU issues?

Why not just replace the head gasket? Sounds like an easier job.

Acura made many improvements for the 06-08 engine versus the 04-05 engine so you would loose all of those and likely end up with drivability issues since the ECU would be expecting all of the breathing improvements and it wouldn't see them.
