It's debatable that the TSX is the Euro Accord? How is that debatable?

Many many times. And its based off the same frame..but interior and engine is completely different. They share a shell.

 

As in the Euro Accord has the USDM Accord interior, and the Japanese Accord has the TSX interior. I know that.

Meh.. that still makes it an Accord, at least in my book. Not that anything is wrong with an Accord.

 

WHICH Accord ? (You're in Japan right ?)

(JDM = Japan Domestic Market)

There are people insisting it's not Accord because of the "A" and because they picked up their "baby" at "Acura" dealer not Honda dealer

I think u got confused with the Inspire, that has the TSX Interior.
All Honda Accords (current) in the world has what i called the USDM Accord Interior.

There are three kinds of Accord and one kind of inspire.

 

Actually, considering that the suspension tuning, engine tuning, and interior are all different, along with the fact that there are minor revisions to the front fascia, I would not consider the Euro Accord identical to the TSX, though they both are Accord platforms.

 

u forgot the USDM Accord, that are also sold in some parts of Asia, such as thailand, China, HK, australia.

 

95% IMO = same car.

 

the cars are very, very similar. Obviously acura's get all the luxury items but when it comes down to it they are very near identical in a number of ways. It's more than jsut the shell they also share chassis, suspension(?) etc. etc.

 

To further confuse things, the Inspire in Japan is the Accord in North America (or USDM Accord)

And there are three main kinds of USDM Accord: Coupe, Sedan and Hybrid Sedan.
