went to 3 dealership... first one wanted to give me 9k...



i bought my tsx from honda.... and manager called and said there
is one in stock..
however.. because of banking reasons... 6th is the date...

i can wait 2 weeks haha..

Congrats! I know exactly how you feel (and I wish I could have that feeling everyday). There are few cars that can give a person such a giddy yet no-fuss ownership experience. While the TSX doesn't have that pin-you-to-your seat power and thrill, it does so many other undescribable things that gives its owner the warm and fuzzies.

Is yours manual or auto?

I had a 98 EL (manual) with 90k and I only got 6500 for my trade =(

That guy said it was suppse to be 7500 but I have a crash on my car (where both air bags came out and it cost ~9000) to fix, so he had to lower the price by 1k!

Now that I heard you can get 9k for urs, I am very jealous! haha

i went to two places

one acura give me 8k ...

another (who i bought the car from) honda..
give me 11k.. so i got a great deal...
of course 11k and u save on the 14.5% tax ehehhe

Sad news folks.

I've just heard from Neo that his MT suffered a total failure at the 200km mark. In his exuberance to speed shift from 5th to 6th, the mechanism that prevents such an occurance failed and he engaged reverse at 110kmh. The resulting damage and force of the malfunction was enough to silence the rattles he was already suffering from though.

The dealer will not cover it under warranty, citing his hot dog driving habits as the cause of the malfunction. As stated in the manual, even though technically impossible, engaging reverse while at cruising speeds voids the warranty.

Poor Neo now curses his decision to go MT, the many years of comfortable AT use now seeming so long ago. He'd thought the extra gear would be no biggie. Unfortunately, it was his undoing.

Let us pray for Neo.

Tonight he is completely alone. His new girl now but a one night stand that had such potential and felt so right. Bitten by the TSX and left to ponder what could have been.
