The thread pattern is spiral.
The thread pitch is 10 x 1.5mm for the MT.

You have the AT or MT?

Is this the same pitch as an S2000 or RSX by any chance? I'm thinking about getting another WC Lathewerks knob. I had one on my STi and liked it. Its co-polymer so it doesn't get too hot or cold and you can pick the size, add grooves, engraving, and pick the color.
