Hi,
Does anyone know if this scan tool can change settings like:

1. relock timer 30s instead of 60s (or vice versa)
2. unlock all doors on keyfob button press once (instead of driver door)
3. other personalized settings

or does it only read diagnostic codes, and reset the CEL ?

No. A generic OBD2 scan tool only reads powertrain codes and data, diagnostic monitors etc.

All of the body features you've mentioned are part of the B-Can which is proprietry Honda and is not changeable.

 

I should add that I'm refering to '04-'05 models. '06-'08 models can have some settings changed in the MID. Check the owner's manual.
