Just wondering if there are any new yorkers out there that know of a shop in the nyc area that specializes in acuras.

what do you need done?

 

im in queens but i don't mind traveling to either of the 5 boros. I need to get a small ding out of the front fender (bought it used with it). The ding is really small and no paint is scratched but on black it really shows.

ANY bodyshop can take care of that - nothing mechanical, you don't need a "Acura specialty shop"

 

Yes, I agree...you don't need a mechanic for that...what you want is paintless dent removal (PDR)

 

where is a good body shop. I went to two body shop and they are garbage

 

take it to your dealer if it's minor work..

 

did you happent o buy your car at paragon? cause they totally screwed me on warranty work

 

i brought my car from them they suck big time.

 

Still no answer to my question. Nobody doesnt know a Very Good Paint body shop in the city

 

+3 on paragon suckage.

a friend of mine who drives a bimmer recommended me this guy. according to him, he does good work and charges around $75/ding.

rallye does PDR, though they're a bit expensive. They specialize in acura's, mercedes, bmws, and lexus's.

 

to Paragon

Never been to Rally-e but I usually hear good feedback.

there is the trust lookin body shop place in maspeth, queens.

 

i use rallye all the time, excellent service reps. Always friendly and make service an enjoyable thing. Seriously actually enjoy taking my car there.

 

i don't know if they do body kit installs. they're more of a accident/collision/paint shop, instead of a regular garage, but you can ask.

what are you painting?

if you have access to a driveway, some basic tools, and the where-with-all to follow directions, you can easily install the body kit yourself and save a few hundred bucks.

 

don't go to paragon. friends who had cars serviced by them got scratches...monkeys can do better job on your car.
