I know this subject has been posted in other threads so please don't lashed out on me.

Just went to acura dealer to pick up some oil. Parts department said they do not have 5w-30 motor oil (no?) but they have cases of 5w-20 that the service guys use. Wonder if they put this in TSX during oil changes? Bummer!

Anyway, drove to the nearby Honda dealer and picked up some Honda 5w-30 Motor Oil Advanced formula for Honda and Acura. I was surprised to find out it was only $2.16/qt. So here's the question. Is this the right kind of motor oil? Somehow, I thought it would cost a lot more. I know many people are using Mobil 1 supersyn but you can't beat $2.16/qt for the "recommended" motor oil.

If anyone bought the Honda 5w-30 Motor oil from their dealer, I am curious to know how much it cost.
