Mine...all mine!

Yesterday at 3:00 EST, I picked up my Nighthawk Black, Ebony, AT, NAVI TSX from Tischer Acura in Laurel Maryland! I love it so far! I am sitting here at work and I smell like my new car. Weird but satisfying.

Way to go. Enjoy her. Or it. Or…well, have you come up with a NAME yet?

Grats jones! I'm dying here myself, my TSX came on the same truck as yours. Just need to wait til Friday morning to pick it up and close the deal....

Maybe I'll just hibernate and make the time go faster!

Hope to see you on the road. I've only seen 1 TSX in the past month around the Baltimore/DC area.

...soon to be in a CG/EB TSX.

Hey Sub, how long did you wait total? I bought mine the Friday b4 Thanksgiving. I was going crazy myself. I wanted to call them everyday but I held back.

Well, my search started close to the end of October. At first I really wanted the Arctic Blue, but the dealer said it was a rare color and they didn't see any coming from the factory soon(they were guessing around end of Dec. or Jan'04). I wasn't in any hurry so I said sure, I'll wait.

During November, looking at sites and boards like this, Carbon Grey was looking pretty sweet too. Started liking it more than the ABP. So I changed my mind, gave the dealer a call and they said they had three CGs /w EB interiors coming in. First one was taken, so I got the second one. About 2 months total. Though the next 2 days are going to feel even longer!

Congrats!

We talked with the guys at Tischer, but they couldn't get the TSX we wanted in time, so we went with Norris Acura North... Did you deal with TJ or someone else? Anyway, congrats! We're still in love with ours. Just tonight I was talking with a friend of mine who's just leased a Porshe Boxter and, when he saw me getting out of the car, he said, "Nice, I like the new car!"

Too cool!

Vale,

JohnS

Hey cygnnus, sorry I never responded.

I assume you ask who I worked with at Tischer. Mainly it was Tim Brickner, the Internet Sales Manager. Abdul Mir handled the delivery.

I have never had a car before that people said "nice car" to me about until the TSX. Such a good feeling. I am thinking that I would not have had so many compliments if I had gotten an A4 or BMW 3xx.

enjoy your tsx!

i had to wait 5 weeks for mine to come because the dealer didn't have any cg's in stock, nor did he have a clear waiting list. anyways, for me, the tsx hype has died due to the overwhelming quantity acura has produced, but that's a different story.

good luck with it!
