Our definitions of POS must be different. I can appreciate you not liking BMW. Maybe you had a terrible experience with one. But, come on, to describe the 325i as a piece of shit? The 3 series is widely accepted as the standard bearer in the entry level luxury sport sedan segment. It is the target that Acura, Lexus, Infinity, Audi, etc. are all trying to hit. It may not represent the value that the TSX does but it certainly is no piece of shit. Maybe you meant "Pretty Outstanding Sled"?

I'm not a BMW asshole, I just don't understand why someone would brag about overpaying for their car by $10k and then call my car a piece of shit. The members here are very immature and I cannot believe that when I look under their names that their ages are anything higher than 18, let alone 30. At least on the e90 forum we have manners, common courtesy, and quite a bit of maturity. It used to be like that on here as well but this place has really gone downhill. I suppose it's because the car has become more affordable so now the scum of the world can afford to buy it.
Yeah, Nikki, this comment here is a prime example of your maturity and common courtesy:

BTW, I've seen yours and others posts on the e90 board of which you speak, and there's just as much crap there as there is here.

See? Lookey here:

Maybe if you explained yourself better, we might understand.

So by your definition, what makes the new 3 series a POS?

There's no denying that the 3-er is THE car that started it all in this segment, thus all the "entry-level near luxury sport sedans" are always compared against the 3-er.

yeah, e90's are not pos's. I'd probably consider it if I had the cash. Its one thing to dislike the car, its another to be ignorant. I wonder how many people here would say they wouldn't take a M5 if it was given to them...

too funny.

most only see the 38k part, but fail to see i'm getting taxed to death (nearly $2,200 from that 38k are in taxes). on top of that, around $200~ for registration fees.

so you can say i paid around 4k in accessories which isnt all that bad when you consider i got aspec rims, dvd, full bodykit, etc,.. the car, tax, and fees brings it to around 33k anyway..

as i said many times, i had a chance to buy a TL or RL, but i really liked the TSX in appearance better.

OK, even though I've commented several times on this thread, it's burnt-to-a-crisp done.

Crazy woman with a f-ed up world view and BMW deserve each other. They were made for each other. They can blow smoke up each others' asses.

Boy= this thread sure got way off base. What a bunch of wasted time reading the BS here. I bought my TL used / after selling my old Accord for $9800.00 TL with 38k on it MINT COND> I can't conceive of paying 38K for a TSX. What a waste of money, unless you really really want it and have $$$ to burn. WOW There are deals everywhere/you just have to fine em!

i put $500 down to secure the car.

believe me, these dealers will not lower the price of the car.. i tried about 10 dealers in my state already and they will not budge on the price, the lowest i've found was about $500 below MSRP. dealers here aren't desperate for a sale, they won't drop that much. i guess that's why CT is the richest state in the US.

i did shop around for prices first.. anyway, it's a done deal because this is the lowest price i've found. i did manage to get a few bucks off on accessories, the 38k more like 37k~ now. time to write a check..
