Just Signed Deal Today!!

After several days of researching on internet, this site (of course) and haggling with 2 different dealers in my area, I finally found an agreeable price and have signed a deal for my new CG, Ebony, AT, No navi TSX today!

I am so excited I cannot wait until it is in... I wanted a CG with quartz but was told the wait would be about a month. The CG with ebony is nice as well and since it will be here in est. 10 days, I went with that. When it arrives, if I don't like, they said they can get me one with quartz instead.

Do you folks on here think I made a good move with the ebony interior? My main concern was that it might be too dark and that it would show every bit of dust/dirt. But I guess I'll just have to keep up with it...

This is my first post, so would love to get some feedback... thanks!

I think either one will be the same in terms of "hiding the dirt". Just go with your color preference and enjoy

I prefer the quartz but there is NOTHING wrong with ebony. I was torn between the two. If I didn't have ebony on my CL-S I may have bought ebony now.

EBONY! Beautiful choice..... At night you can't really see the inside of the car, but the nice lights they have inside the car. Makes the car feel nice and comfortable on the inside. Where are you from? I know a couple dealers have the CG here around PA-NJ. I was very close to getting the CG, actually ordered it... then decided to get the black, coming in early next week.

WELCOME TO THE CLUB!

Congrats BaltoTSX

You will like the ebony ... it gives a very clean look to the interior.

Wow guys, thanks for all the feedback and good wishes... I feel real good about my decision now!!

I'm from Maryland and am real happy with how the dealers I was negotiating with treated me. I have been a Honda guy until now... so glad that I am making the "upgrade" to Acura... so far so good...

Hey jACkURA:

Thanks for the thumbs up... I actually am buying at Frankel. I test drove the car and asked the dealer about coming down off MSRP and he said no, they were only moving them at MSRP. I said thanks but no thanks... few days later I got a letter in the mail asking me to make an offer. I did make an offer at $1000 off MSRP, settled at $500 off when they actually gave me $750 more than my trade-in booked for. I would just wait them out if you have the patience... if not, just go for it! I especially was anxious to do the deal even at just $500 off MSRP since the color I wanted was coming in in 2 weeks already and no one had a deposit on the car yet. So that kind of sealed the deal.

Check with Criswell Acura in Annapolis as well... they have some in stock now I believe and were willing to bargain as well. You could most definitely get $500 off or more if persistant.

Good luck, lemme know how it goes!
