I bought mine off of eBay and put them in this summer as my 2004 Tsx didn't come with any either. Taking the bumper off for the first time is a bit hard to figure out, but most kits come with instructions that sort of help. The hardest part for me was figuring how to get the wires trough the firewall to the cabin, but there is already a wire hole that you can shove the wires through. My kit was not an official Acura switch but an OEM copy so I did not have a switch on the wiper/or lights switch on the wheel. Instead my kit came with a rectangular switch that mounted next to the traction control and sun roof button. The only problem with my lights is that I was too lazy to figure out how to tie them into the lights so if I turn my car and lights off the fogs will remain on (which will kill your battery if you forget and leave). Other than that I'm very pleased with the lights which make the sides of the road very bright!
I can email you some of my wire diagrams I found online that helped with my installation: my email is minisheb@gmail.com
My lights were similar to this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2003-2006-AC...item1c21307314

Well you pretty much have to take the bumper off because the black insert tabs where the fog lights go only remove one way. It may be possible to do it without taking it off, but wiring will be made really hard since you have to ziptie the wires to the bumperbar and such as you make your way up into the engine. Also dont forget to ground the wires to somewhere.

It was my first real mod I did on my Accord back a decade ago. I didn't have much experience, but grab a friend with some basic experience to help out. It will make things more easier and fun. Good luck!
