Ive searched through a bunch of old posts and came up empty. i swapped all my other interior lights out for leds and i dont want to break the lens because it seems like it doesn't want to pop out like the others ?

 

Service Manual, "Trunk Light Test/Replacement"

1. Open the trunk lid.

2. Carefully pry out the trunk light.

3. Disconnect the 2P connector from the light.

4. Check...

Note the lens has an extension to one side, and based upon a gander at mine and the manual, I think it goes on the drivers side. So I'd get a flathead screwdriver and press the tab on the passenger side indent and try to rotate the lens downward on that side first.

BTW, it's a 5w bulb.
