well after about 2 months of waiting for my special ordered black on black 6MT with nav she finally arrived.
i had an 04 of the exact same model and color except for parchment interior that i traded in.
i must say the Navi is MUCH improved over the 04 model. it calculated a route from colorado to Disneyland in CA in about 15 seconds! on the old system that would have taken at least a minute.

power wise i think i can definitly tell a difference in the added HP. i cant wait to get hondata!!!

the car seems smoother than my 04 i dont know if its just new or new tires but it seems to ride more quiet and smooth than my 04

LOVE the bluetooth! dial by name dial by number sweet! my old sony kit didnt have any of thoes features.

i get the tint done tomorrow at 10:30 15% all the way around.
this has been a great month for me. i just bought a brand new honda shadow sabre cruiser last weekend with my profit bonus check and this weekend i get a brand new car! life is good!!!

yea, im not much into modding my car though i would like to try the reflash.
but you have to admidt that black cars look pretty pimp! (only when clean) and with the rims i have that are a dark gunmetal (looks black) and polished lip the car looks pretty nice i have to admidt.

 

he he sometimes people mistake my name for the fish variety. but if your into subs and making bass the bass mechanic has got your number!

but in all honesty i just do car audio for fun and as a hobby now. ive got years and years of experience in car audio but my interests and focus has shifted, we all grow up eventually. the only bass i have had recently was a single 10" sub i built for my 04 that i will be using in the 06 as soon as i buy an amp to power it with.

 

Another '04 to '06....damn! First it was CGTSX2004....now one more to my hate list.....

How much did you have to pay total for the switch, and what was your trade-in value?

 

they gave me full trade in value which i think was 22,100 (i cant remember) which was within about 200 bucks of what my payoff was.

i got the new 06 for 28,500 which was just about their cost (i have a few connections)
i didnt put anything down and my payment is 10.00 a month more than i was paying on the 04

the hardest part about trading up is finding a 6 speed with nav with black on black

just for you i will take a pic today as soon as the tint is done. ill use my cell phone camera buts its a 1.3 megapixel and they come out pretty good.

i just computer designed a ported sub enclosure with one of my subs in it for the 04 with a sub amp.
this time i will run a 5 channel and the stock speakers. i just want to run a little more juice to them than stock. and use the sub i already have.
