foglight grill slats

Hot or Not?

Used some silver pinstriping to highlight the foglight grill slats. What do you think?

I like it, adds a little character to the front end. Your mesh lower grille looks nice, too.

not bad, but it would look sportier if the slits were aligned with the rest of the lines, like the lights, and the grill

I guess I'll be the first one to admit I don't like it. It just looks a bit too flashy IMO. I prefer subdued black colors in the fascia recesses, including the mesh grill too.

Alright, here's the benchmark folks, Mugen Legend (RL to us). I have been looking at this pic thinking if I should do slats. I like em.

HEY, that is a cool idea! Simple and effective... Looks good!

I'm not sure if I want to do it, but maybe that's just coz I'd really like the foglights there, but this would be a lot easier to install. ;-)

I think it looks good man on your car. It goes well with the mesh

Although, I think SSM is the only color it would look good on.

Well, the pinstripe comes in almost every color. I wonder how it would look with matching body color stripes? For a few bucks for a roll of striping why not try it.

looks ricey, IMO.....maybe cuz I did the chicken wire thing when I was 17 (thats 1992 for those who are counting) with my old 91 civic 4dr, but Im over tricks such as this.
