Driver side power door locks inverted?

When I push the button to pop the lock from close to open that door, seems inverted. Is this normal? I have to press up to open the door and down to close the door? Is this a defect or what? My passenger seems fine you push up and it opens the locks and you press down and it locks the locks.

Sorry I meant When I press up to open the door locks it actually closes the door lock and when I press down on the door lock opener it opens the door locks. Is it the same for you TSX owners?

I've always wondered why they did that too but it's normal. I think the SS should be reversed on the AT cars too.

I hate the inverted button, I find it very annoying and have to look at the picture every time. I'm used to my 92 accord which had the switch next to the handle so it was naturally up to unlock.
