Covered or uncovered parking?
Garage at home and covered parking at work. I get to work early so that I can back into corner spots away from the terrible drivers at my company. Plus, sun-baked black interior = burned butt and hands.
Garage is a must at home since I live near the ocean. Salty ocean air + fog + seagulls = bad paint.

Used to garage at home but realized $90/month for a garage with no auto door opener was nuts so now she sits outside both at home and at work. As long as you keep a good coat of wax and polish on the car, no harm done. Now hail storms, that's another story.

I am lucky enough to have a garage at my apartment complex. And it's right next to the car wash area
Yeah $95/month is a little steep for a garage (but I do have an opener, HomeLink doesn't work with the shitty openers they use here), but I paid enough for the car to want/need it. Otherwise I'd freak everytime I heard the words "possible hail" and also the kids runnin' all over the place would make me nervous.
It does sit in the sun/rain/other crap all day at work but what else can ya do...

Garage at home and under ground parking at work with prox card entry, cameras, 24/7 security, steel gate with 2 foot high retractable re-enforced solid steel ram barrier, concrete obstacle around the building, and a shit load of U.S. Marshal’s running around the building. Wife car, she works at a federal court house.
The car only sees daylight for about 90 minutes per day during the week.

Outside all the time. My apt. complex doesn't have any garages available ever, jerks like to rent them out to store all their sh** in them, not actually cover their car. I feel like telling them to sell their crap they don't seem to need and save $90 on the garage if you don't want to cover your car.
Ok, I realize some people need a storage unit for whatever reason, but still, it's frustrating to me now that I have a new car.

...thats alot of security
Seeing as I ride my bike most of the summer mine's sitting in a climate controlled garage (I shit you not!) The only thing that's missing is a camera to keep tabs on it!
In winter she gets used the most but is unfortunately out in the cold when I'm at work - not covered or heated

Sits outside at work in the friggin bright sunlight, but I usually get off of work at night so my seats cool off.
At home, it sits on the driveway. If anything happens to my car, I'll know about it. My bed's next to the window, which is right above my car.

I wish my apt. offered covered parking i would get it in a heart beat. They just offer reserved parking spaces outside.
I am very lucky, I have a garage at home, I park in parking decks at work and when I travel for work they pay for covered parking when I leave my car at off site parking at the airport, so basically my car doesn't just set in the sun except when I go out to lunch or shopping on the weekends. That should help the car last longer, not being baked in the sun every day, or just basically exposed to the elements all day long, everyday
