It's your radio code, and it should be on a business card type of thing in your manual or leather binder where the manual is kept.

If you really cannot find it, call your dealership and give them your name, number, zip, etc... until they see that you are the registered owner -- they'll have you press a few buttons, tell them the codes that pop up, and from that they can provide you with the radio unlock code. Write it down.

If you bought the car brand new, it should have been printed on a small business card sized piece of thin plastic and included with your manual. You aren't supposed to keep it in the car of course so in case someone steals your radio they don't have the code to go with it.

Look in your paperwork you have from when you bought the car that you don't keep in the car. If you bought it used, you very may well not have it. Supposedly the dealership can find out what the code is for you, but i think you have to go in person and let them get the serial number off of the radio and make a phone call.

I keep my radio & navi code stored online at acura's ownerlink website, too.

also, if you open up your glove box, on the drivers side of the box is your 5 digit code, use the 1-6 buttons one your radio to input the code and you should be good to go

Start over. Disconnect the battery for 30mins, reconnect the batt, then retry the code. You have, I think, 4-5 chances to get it right, otherwise the radio locks you out. If this fails, call the dealer you bought it from, and ask for help. The Acura dealer where you bought it should have it on file.
