what part did you NOT understand

if your clutch fails with reasonable time frame from purchase
you need to authorize, ie promise to pay, to take the transmission out of the vehicle to look at the clutch parts.
most times clutch pads fail to poor driving habits or abuse.
once its apart if the service manager declines help ask him
to call his district rep from acura. also its a wise idea to call
the factory customer service # to voice your problem and
ask them for assitance also. they do NOt want you to be a
unhappy acura client.worse case they will pay parts and you
pay for the labor....ok is that better english??

Yeah that first explanation didn't make much sense. The second one was good though. Thank's for the info.
