For all those folks looking for the invoice - it's $25172 (non NAV). For now Edmunds shows a TMV right around MSRP - so anyone getting any significant discount is getting a deal.

What others are paying? It shows on Edmunds that it is just $105 less then MSRP. Could that be right? Both dealer quotes I have got are way less then that. My only problem is that there is not a 2005 6spd with Navi in the entire state of Florida! How important do you guys think it is to buy from the dealership where you plan on getting it serviced?

It shouldn't make a diff where you get it serviced. Ask around - heck even :killer: might steer you toward a good dealer in your area.

In a few months, there will be big discounts on the TSX. The 2005 just hit the streets, so dealers aren't coming down yet. But, they will.....

The local dealer that carsdirect is working with for that zip code. For instance, when I was looking for a 2003 Honda Accord for my ex, If I plugged in a zip code for Colorado Springs, I got a different quote than if I plugged one in for Denver. I called carsdirect, and the rep I talked with confirmed this. Normally, since the 'Springs and Denver are only about 65 miles apart, the price would be the same, but it wasn't at the time. BTW, forget the bright idea of plugging in zip codes until you get a price you like, CarsDirect would only sell to you at the price of your home zip.

Thank you for the reply. Although, I already knew the answer...you did explain it perfectly.

The reason I asked the question
Who decides the prices on carsdirect?
was I didn't understand this statement
