i think my car's tranny is starting to slip, it happened maybe 2 weeks ago and i've been driving to see if problems would continue . the car jerks forward once when i start on the car and jerks when gears shift . i recently did a atf drain about 6k miles ago, and friends told me the only solution is to do a swap for a new tranny but will be extremely pricey ...

i heard a rebuilt tranny wouldnt last long and it would be better to buy a used one .. but was hoping there would be another solution, not getting my hopes up though . any ideas on what to do??
