All Honda and Acura engines I've worked on turn wrong direction to use starter motor to break the bolt loose. You might damage the flywheel or crankshaft if you try this and motor turns CCW. Verify engine turns CW to try this trick.
Two safe ways to break the bolt loose are 1) very powerful 1/2" air impact 500+ ft-lbs w/ 120 psi air and 1/2" hose. Pound away for some time. I've had to pound away for 20-40 secs before breaking loose.
Second way is to use the Honda-Acura restraint tool w/ 1/2" breaker bar braced against body or ground. Then a 2nd, 1/2" breaker bar w/ 19mm socket to engage and turn the bolt. You will probably need a "cheater pipe' of 2-3 feet to go over the handle and extend your leverage to ~ 4 feet. W/ 150-lb pull (not bad for most folks) and 4-ft leverage, you have 600 ft-lbs to break the bolt. This is usually enough. Honda-Acura restraint tool is available from tool speciailty shops, amazon, ebay, etc.
good luck
