Yes, Acura conveniently placed it under the intake manifold near the rear of the engine. If you search my threads, you'll find some posts about my experience replacing my starter. It's not a terrrible job, but annoying due to access issues. Here's the link:

What are your symptoms and issues?

If you hear only a loud click when you turn key to Start, the most likely explanation is a bad starter, even though it's new. I would return to whoever installed your starter for support. Was this a rebuilt starter? From where?

If you diy, you may have to do the job again. Check battery connections and wiring to starter to make sure it was connected correctly.

good luck

The 17mm bolt is the outer (easily accessed but very tight bolt).

An air impact may be able to break if you have room (can't remember if there's room).

In my case, I had to remove the alternator out to create a "tunnel" under the manifold through which I threaded 3- 1/2" extensions. This allowed me space to use my ratchet w/ a cheater pipe to increase leverage and break the bolt loose.

good luck
