It seems to smell like somethings burnt after i run it for some time and it doesnt seem to be working like it used to it runs a bit slower it takes more time for it accelerate . Does anybody have a clue what might be wrong ? please help

it will help if you say what year and miles it has
then be more specific why the muffler was replaced and radiator fixed
was it overheating?- was the muffler broken inside or make a shae noise?
If you get a CEL light- go to autozone type store and ask them to read the codes for you
report back with those
otherwise I will guess it needs a full tune up, new cat convertor, and probably blew a head gasket
but thats only until we get some info!!

The tech should have replaced the spark plugs if it was overheating
You need a compression test to make sure there wasnt damage to the head gasket with the overheating- a lot of things can go wrong when it runs hot
On the muffler, if the cat convertor locaetd before the muffler breaks apart, it sends little pieces of its guts into the rear muffler- shop hears stuff rattle around and replaces muffler but doesnt fix the real problem, a plugged or broken cat.
Have those things checked

codes are NOT diagnosis- they are merely CLUES to the real problem, and zones reader does not always pull all the codes
Post the codes you got here for for help in figuring it out.
Not likely to need new injectors

^ Yup. It could be a loose clip causing a misfire, or just a very plugged up injector. What alot of people don't know is that fuel is also used to cool the motor down,
.

the code i got were P 1204, P1205,P1300 so i was just thinking of putting new fuel injectors since it already has new spark plugs, o and thanks to the ppl who said welcome to the boards

there is no reason to replace injectors at this point- thats an expensive guess
lets get some better hints and we can gelp you figure it out
