trunk spoiler for 3$

I was in home depot yesterday and found some stuff for floors and cabinets that makes a great trunk lid spoiler; anyway after slight cutting and sanding and some 3m tape came up really nice looking; and its paintable and somewhat bendable.
I ll upload some pics tomorrow, i just need to take it of and sand down a bit more
you can make it look like this:

after a lot of debating i decided to take it of because it just looked somewhat ghetto..plus i went to the junkyard and they had a new addition( 1st gen tl with a spoiler !) so there is some stripping in progress going on this week...

Which yard is this? I need a bumper. Is it a 2.5 or 3.2?

Damn I'm looking for a 3.2 front bumper.

Let me know if it a 3.2 and also if you don't take the front driver's seat (taupe interior) let me know.

Maybe I can get away with black color....no need to paint.

Any members who have this type of stick on spoiler?

How does it complement our rears? We do have the angled rear already, what will it look like?

Real nice, subtle trim! Do they come in black (bare)? Will certainly look nice in my black TL.

mine came in black but its not shiny enough to just go on as is. plus, one end is molded and the other end was cut and "shaped" to look like the other end. its not pretty until its painted. that's how they can get any length you want. they just chop off the extra and sand the end until it looks like the other end.

Still to get it painted would not cost much. I wish they had an option of a painted spoiler....!

For some reason it didnt flow with my car at all; maybe becouse the trunk is short on our cars; i think an extended trunk type spoiler(like the Mugen one) flows a lot better
