I was just wandering if all the 2.5 TL's (UA2 Inspire) Vin numbers started off like this: JH4UA2 Like the (JH - Is Japan Honda) Then (UA2 - for the model)

Rental or Loaner fleet? I found out mine was registered commercial for the first 18,000 miles... makes ya wonder.

 

Ya mine was registered commericaly too, kinda crazy.

 

Thanks, this is a great site. I checked a car that I sold back in 1998 and the history showed that in 2001, someone had rolled back the odometer 71,000 miles.

My TL turned out clean, but I am going to use this check everytime I purchase a used automobile.

Thats what i was wondering ...my TL was not registered for either rental or commercial ...but it still says it was sold as a fleet car. Can anyone explain this?

 

If your car was a lease at one point, it might show a fleet.

i think when its at the dealer its sells as a fleet car.
