This is a simple one, but I thought it might help someone. My washer motor stopped working a few weeks ago. I checked voltage at the connector--good. Checked the coil of the motor--good. Of course, by then I had already pulled the motor out of the reservoir.... Arrgh. So, I put 12 V on the motor terminals and it ran great. The next day I reconnected the motor to its connector and it worked great. So, if you have a simlar problem, go for the connector first. The motor is up under the driver's side front wheel well plastic cowling.
