Anybody know what's going on? All of sudden, all my windows scream when opening and closing -- not just a normal squeak, but really SHOCKINGLY LOUD!

 

Mine do that sometimes too??

 

me 2. it comes and goes. sometimes like a little whine, others times like a deafening squeal.....my passenger window motor is just about to take a dump. thinking about switching the front motors with the rear ones......aloha....

 

mine do also. when it rains its BAD!

 

mine does that to when i put the window back down in driver seat.. but if i leave it , it screams ! then i just nick it back up a little ^_^

 

same thing happens on my rear windows. i think it's the cold or the water. man i hate our windows.

 

Took my Driver side window for a warranty claim on the squeeking and scratching...I get it back severely scratch from their attempt to fix it...tells me it is the molding....

So, I went bcak today, fuming mad......they will replace the window...

Nowadays, you can not trust anybody with quality work...this Acura dealer is just pissing me off......

I am begining to mistrust Acura dealers....how do they expect us to buy another Acura...when it seems that they do not care...

I know I am at the tail end of my warranty, so is it justified to be treated this f...ing way?

I was even thinking of buying the "ACURA CARE" extended warranty...anybody do this? $1400 for an additional 50K miles and/or 3 years, any comments on this?

The windows in TL move up and down so slowly...I'm surprised everytime I ride in someone else's car and use power windows.

 

I have the same problems as well. To bad nobody can figure it out.

 

I have the extended warranty, but have yet to use it. If you don't use it, you get a full refund.
