Question Slow Windows

Everyone complains about their first-gen windows.

Mine are extremely slow going up & down. Does anyone know of any lubes I can apply myself to fix this?

i'm assuming it's just the wear and tear on the motor in the past years. i mean most of us probably had our cars for five or so years and we've probably rolled those windows up and down thousands of times. maybe we just need to replace the motors for the windows. i for one can live with the slow windows right now cause i don't wanna get my butt kicked by them acura dealers.

I'm glad I don't have that problem just yet...one of my friends who owns a 540i actually complimented me on my TL that the windows rolls up and down really quickly...my father' 95 accord, the windows are super slow...the passenger one doesn't even go all the way down...it only goes down about 15 % and then just dies...

Well 2nd gen TLs probably don't have that problem. Every 1st gen TL I see have vertical scratches down the front windows. Its not the motors, the windows rub against the guides because the felt that goes over them is worn out.
