Replacing the head unit with the ALPINE CDA-9827

I have just bought (used) .. off a friend of mine , the ALPINE CDA-9827 ..

do u guys know if this Head Unit can be installed in the 1997 3.2tl ..

Just wondering ... as my buddy said to check it out first ..

should work fine you'll just need a dash kit and a wiring harness for our car.

Yup. that should set you up just fine. The sell everything at Wallmart.

does it come with a remote? I have been through 3 alpines and 2 of them had buttons that would get stuck after years of pressing them. make sure you get a remote for alpine units. I learned the hard way

yea i juuuuuust put in a alpine 7875 with a 12 disk changer and all u reallie need is a harness and a dashkit and ur good to go man

ya i was asking because i heard that some acura's are not stand alone and are intergrated into the car's computer

Not ours. Those are the 2nd and 3rd generation TL's
