i just recently got a pair of inspire tail lights. all fit in and perfect but on the passenger side the brake light dont work. even in the dash the little warning brake light come on. does any one have any clue what is going on or is it normal. thanks

 

The bulb is blown

 

the weird thing is that the bulb is still ok..nothing blown..

 

I'd like 2 c a pic of those taillights, how different are they?

i finally solve it..i just switch the wires with each other.. the us version has the box on the left and the jdm have their on the right. so i just switch it so it would look like the us version and the problem went away..hurray...

 

ELA.TL was warning me about that when i first got the Inspire Tails... on solving the problem...

 

i know, i know! dont but the wire the taillight come with if so u will notice that one of the tail light has a box, now if i use the jdm wires u need to swicth the box, (i belive the jdm box is on the left tail light, it needs to be on the right) or if u use the factory wires than u should have no problem, try it and itf u still confused than contect me

 

if u use the us wires u notice that the extra wire as no place for it, u can remove the bulb and leave the wire hanging out, i hope i helped

good job man it took me 2 weeks to realize thats wat was up wit my inspires lol

 

i was like that for about 3 months, till i finally figured out/decided to change the wires from my old lights and put them on the JDM ones....

KINDA DUMB if you ask me....LOL
