Hazards Stopped Working

I own a 1996 2.5 TL. Today my hazard stopped working. Left and right indicators suddenly stopped working. I am not sure what the problem is. All fuses are good. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Thanks for your help.

first did you do anything to the wiring of the car to make this happen
has anyone worked on your car recently
did you check both fuse boxes (underhood and in driver kick panel)
not that much else that could just go like that maybe a wire got disconnected

Thanks for the reply. No rewireing was done. Where exactly is the driver kick panel? Driver side close to the break pedal?

to the left or your dead pedal(thing where you rest your foot) is a little panel you have to turn a little tab and then pull it off it list everyting on there and list where the spare fuses are

I just noticed not only dont the indicator come on but the clicking noise you hear when you turn on your indicator isnt working. Might be the relay right? Because if the fuse was blown you would here the clicking noise but no flashing ligts.

If you dont hear the clicking noise I would look for the flasher relay.

You wont believe this guys. I took the car to the electrician. Waited almost 2 hours until he finally looks at the car. He did something under the steering wheel, blew the horn then told me I was all set. I ended up paying him 20 bills. When I ask what the problem was he refused to tell me. He said the problem would now reoccur. What do you guys think it was?
