has anyone considered an engine swap?

the motor from a 3.2 to a 2.5?

anyone?

 

now that you mention it, i would like the 3.2 in my 2.5. but wouldn't that be a pain in the @$$ on my back lifting engines. :o

 

yeah i was wondering about that myself. i was even thinkin bigger, i was wondering could the 3.5liter ingine be stuffed under the hood of my car...would b rather quik then i am thinking, if anyone does any swap let us know

 

I have a 3.2 and was thinking about the 3.5 conversion. Then again I was also thinking maybe the comptech supercharger just might fit. Who knows...maybe they will retro fit it so it will fit the 1st Gen 3.2's as well.

 

i say just stick on a turbo. it's too much of a hassle with all the conversions and praying that the engin's going to fit etc. at least for the turbo you can yank it off if something goes wrong. who knows what problems you're going to get with an engine swap.

 

Why not just sell the 2.5 and get the 3.2 car? Buying a engine and getting it put it would prob equal the difference between the two cars. Unless you got mad mods already done.
