Did you get a universal one or a direct replacement? All you need to do is pull off the door panel, peel back the plastic sheet, unplug and unscrew.

I got this universal one

http://www.amazon.com/Wire-Door-Actu...5895207&sr=1-6

It doesn't even remotly look or work like the one thats in there currently. Any ideas? Where can I find a OE one? Or will this one work?

Sorry, been busy as you can see from my other thread, ! Anyhow, should be relatively simple, but it's been awhile since I had the rear door off so forgive me if I describe it wrong. IIRC, the lock/unlock sequence is just reversing the polarity of the actuator, so the two wires is all you need. However, I believe that there was an extra wire that might've sent a signal to the security module to signal that the door HAS completed the lock cycle (see desired_speeds' thread on door locks). This isn't essential to the system, as mine is completely disconnected and the stock system arms just fine. Best thing is to trace the stock one on the door with a grease pencil or something to see where the hooks went originally, then try and mount the new one with the supplied bracket, and get it aligned right. Good luck, and if anyone else wants to chime in, please do.

~Cheers~

The actuator is what actually does the locking/unlocking of your door. It's a small motor with a 60* gear.

Could be Legend, but I'm sure you can make another Honda one work. Try Integra sedans, . They use the same/similar door handles so it should work.
