my door handle f*cked up today. little brother opened my door and something popped inside the door. now my door handle doesn't go back into place. you know how you open the door with the handle and once you let go...it goes back in? well now it stays sticking out!! i mean i can still close my door and open it but the handle will stick out of the body after my door is open. anybody had this problem?? if so, how'd you fix it? i think its some spring that popped. im going to open it up and check it out

 

you might of broke a lil plastic tab thats on the inside of the handle.

Well if you need a new handle i got a whole set all four for sale..

 

why do you have an extra set of door handles?

 

same darn thing happened to me. took it to the dealer, they replaced the handle. warranty so it was not as bad. hopefully, it was just the spring for you....good luck.

50 K OR 4 YEARS IT HAS BEEN ON THE ROAD. Check your registration, 1st day on the road, 4 years later, warranty ends.

 

I have the interior handles, why I hae them cause I had bought a wrecked TL when I had my TL and still had some parts left from it.

Do you have the outer door handles??? Or do you know where in H-Town to get some..(Rear Handles)

 

your best bet is to check local junk yards, when I still had my TL i saw a few in local yards.
