i just got my 1st car a 97 tl 2.5 premium with 71xxx miles on it but i do have one problem some times i go 2 start my car and it doesnt come on i get lights and total power but it doesnt start its only happened twice but its driving me crazy anyone know why?

 

does it crank at all?

You can get the clear bumper lights on ebay. Just put in clear bumper lights and search for your car when the items come up.

 

Welcome! Check your grounds. It could just be a loose terminal clamp.

i checked those does the alarm have like switch that doesnt let the car start or something cuz i think it might have something 2 do with it

 

I don't think our cars have immobilizer or an advance security system unless you have aftermarket alarm installed. It could be your ignition keyswitch that is causing the car not to start, but i could be wrong.

Seems like your starter might be going. Common problem for TL.

 

check battery cables they might be loose..

 

it has 2 be some thing with the alarm the other day i was at the gas station and my car didnt start again so i set the alarm and then turn it off and it started right up im lost some one help

 

There is an immobiliser in the factory system but it's a really crude one.
