Trouble Starting

Got home yesterday, after turning over probably 4 times during the day, and went to move the 1997 RL, and it would not crank. Tried is again in about an hour, and it slowly caught and turned over, but not after blowing out a small cloud of smoke.

Now, its back to normal. Anyone got any idea what that was?

Thanks for your comments.

if the starter is physically turning the engine, it might be the fuel main relay. Common problem on Hondas.

Usually it happens on hotter days or right after you turn off the car.
