Removing Sunroof Wind Visor
Removing Sunroof Wind Visor
Okay, so I potentially found a corner molding (hopefully). However, the same car I am going to take it from also has a sunroof wind visor which I would like as well. Assuming I can't open the sunroof due to the car being at a junkyard, is there anyone that has any experience installing or taking these off? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Thanks!
I took mine off when I installed my roof vinyl. It was pretty easy, except it was just time consuming. All you need is a heat gun( hair dryer might work, im not sure) and dental floss. Just heat the corner up and use the floss to glide along the 3m tape.
Hmm....So I went to the junkyard (although I didn't find the molding piece I was looking for) and found an almost pristine Legend just sitting there. I took off the sunroof visor with just the removal of two screws. No 3M tape to remove or anything, so I hope it's the correct part (it fits fine on my RL so all seems good).
Well, that's weird. I had my sun roof visor and it only has 3M tape on it. If you guys are interested PM me lol
Next on the list, VIP window curtain lol. Summer is just around the corner and my tint is pretty light. I want to protect the leather!

Thx. Seriously, I don't know the brand but it is a really good tint. It came with the car when I first bought its 7 years ago lol. It is really light maybe ~75-85 range (higher number less dark??).It only gets a little bit dark when it raining.

I decided not to install the curtain because it is not VIP enough lol. You can still see the inside of the car so I said fk it. Saving money for the coilover.
