Transmission filter/strainer?

Hi,

Does any know where the transmission strainer located for a 96? Is it in the engine oil pan or in the transmission it self? I want to replace them by dont know where exactly.
This is the part # for the AT strainer 25420-PY4-000.
I also need the gasket but could not find it. If some has done this please let me know, thx.

Nvm, I think I found the location of the AT strainer. It is inside the transmission oil pan, and it's just in front of the y-pipe. If anyone know the part # for the transmission oil pan let me know.

Done, I replaced it with oem strainer and gasket. Easy job, less than 45 minutes just do it yourselves and save some money then treat your family out for dinner. Overall, it shifts a little smoother.
