Missing part? Problem?

Hi everyone. I'm a long time lurker and have much gratitude for the info found within this forum. I was leaving my parents house today and noticed i may have a missing part off the rear axel of my 2011 RDX. Im really not a technical guy and I have no idea what its called or even if its broken. hopefully this picture will be clear enough for you guys to help. To me it sure looks like something is missing.

is it safe to drive? immediate problem? non issue? and help is GREATLY appreciated.

its also probably worth noting i have no idea how longs its been like that. I probably would never have seen it if i wasnt in an elevated parking spot. Ive also driven about 500 miles this past week at 85-90 mph and I didnt see any noticeable changes in how it drives.

Boy, you do some kind of pre-flight walkaround!

The differential bolt missing on the right-hand side is normal. The RDX Service Manual very clearly shows and discusses that only the left rear bolt is installed. I also verified this some years back with Acura service techs.

The MDX has the same rear-end with two bolts / mounts.

My buddy is a tech and has also confirmed this.
