Hi - First post. Working on a 2008 RDX with turbo to replace a few coolant hoses. Should have taken photos but it looked straight forward at the start and it took over a month to get replacement parts. My fault. I would appreciate help understanding how the water bypass line connects at either end. I have attached two photos with a black and yellow screwdriver pointing to each end. I don't recall removing a hose from the end closest to the throttle body and I cannot find (or never had) two extra hoses to connect into either end. Thanks for your help. Screwdriver pointing to line closest to firewall. Bypass line closest to throttle body.
Hi - Believe found the answer in case someone else runs across this. Someone previously bypassed the water bypass line with a rubber hose that goes from the throttle body to water bypass hose, basically making the same connections at either end. Possible that there is something wrong with the metal line or with either of the shorter rubber hoses at either end. Many thanks.
