Looking for FlashPro RDX beta testers

We're looking for three beta testers for three RDX turbo models.

- 2007-2009 (part numbers 37805-RWC-A510 through 37805-RWC-A570)
- 2010-2011 (part numbers 37805-RWC-A610 through 37805-RWC-A720)
- 2012 (part numbers 37805-RWC-A810 through 37805-RWC-A910)

Our preference is a stock vehicle. Testers will receive a free FlashPro and tune.

Contact Doug with your ECU part number, located in the ECU in the engine bay. Ph 310 782 8278 x 105

I should have added that Hondata HQ is located in Southern California. We will need the car for up to a week, but probably less.

Will the flashpro finally fix the AFR with the CP-E intake and downpipe? Or is it just a more aggressive reflash?

Yes, it will.
Flashpro give you the ability to tune the map.

- Big Turbo
- Larger Fuel Pump
- Larger Fuel injector
- 3" Turbo Back
...etc.

Sky are limit with Flashpro.

P.S. Bad timing, since crazycated & JMJ3rd both sold their RDX.
I bet crazycated will be 1st to volunteer

Agreed.

Flashpro + a proper tuning by Hondata worth over $1000+
Since they already unlocked the ECU awhile ago.
It really won't take long for them to match the code of RDX Flashpro.

Come On, S. Calif RDXers

The reason they want stock is they want a base map before any tuning.
I doubt they will find a complete stock RDX by these many years.

Please contact Doug from Hondata anyway.
We CANNOT let this go away.

Thank you Doug and Hondata for putting this together. Dealing with Hondata was really nice, sorry to those who have had bad experiences but this is a major company with many requests.

I'm taking my 07 AWD tech in either next week or the week after completely stock. Hondata will dyno then implement the flashpro. I'll get the car back and reinstall the mods, then take it back to Hondata to be dyno'd and re-tuned for my addons.

Hell yeah!!! Thanks again Doug and Hondata.

Thanks for the support. We have been offered two test vehicles. A 2007 and a 2012. All we need now is a 2010-2011 model.
This is not going to go away. The coding has already been done. We need vehicles to double check the coding.

We're excited at the possibilities and look forward to unleashing lots of horsepower.

I'm excited about the possibilities too! I hope someone can offer a 2010. I have a 2010 but I'm in ny.

One question thou, I just bought the RDX reflash and sent in my ecu, it should actually have arrived today, but I would've waited on purchasing the reflash had I known earlier that the flashpro was coming out, so is it possible that ppl who have purchased the reflash already to be offered a discount on the flashpro? I'd hate to have purchased the reflash for $300 for nothing..

Yes, there will be a discount for existing reflash owners and no, it does not look like your ECU has arrived.

Dang! I go to football practice, come back and user65 has beat me to it!

As long as we're moving fwd!!

To do list:

1) Flash pro
2) DP/MP + tune
3) BC's and work with heel toe to develop camber fix.

User65 (and Hondata)...if something falls through for ya, we can still keep this moving fwd!

Thanks BigHatch. If I have any delays that put Hondata past their intended drop-off/install/test dates I'll let you know asap.

All back to stock cept for the pulley's... I'll have the stock p/s and crank pulley put back on Monday or Tuesday then touch base with Doug for the drop off !!!

Stock sucks... Even with a reflash. Though I do miss how quiet the stock intake is.

Not your job to apologize for Hondata.
The fact is people have been asking about this for some time, and when another member said "give them what they want." The reply from Hondata was both rude & arrogant.
I don't do business with people like that.

By way of correction the ECU part numbers I am looking for starts with 37820 not 37805 and the range is slightly expanded:

At this point all I need is:
- 2010-2011 (part numbers 37820-RWC-A610 through 37820-RWC-A750)

This is Awesome! I can't say enough about Hondata and the Products/ Services they offer. I have purchased K-Pro for my Ep3, Flashpro for my Fa5 and soon Flashpro for my RDX! Hondata continues to unlock the true potential of Hondas and I will stand by them untill I die!! Thanks for showing this great platform some LOVE

I understand, but we drive an unpopular and heavy turbo. Any other type of car that can use a FlashPro outsells the RDX 7-1 I bet.

People talking trash on a company is not going to get something produced faster, if even at all. If my business was called a scam because I didn't R&D a particular product then I would make the same statement and probably never return to that platform. Why would I want to create something for haters?

Let us be happy that it is finally here and remember, who has gone through a reflash and been disappointed? Hondata's product is reputable and well designed.

-update pulley's coming off tomorrow. I'll be dropping the 07 RDX on Thursday if all works out.

Sounds interesting , My RDX is already really fast with the reflash and the Intercooler but maybe there is more room for power.

No trash talk here, just the truth. In fact, if you like I'll PM you with the post. Don't take it personally, as I my experience may not reflect yours.

Ok, help me out here. How is the FlashPro different than the reflash? I understand full tuning ability with equipment blah blah blah. For me, I am interested in just a reflash with mild bolt on mods. Will the FlashPro have purée siting maps like a Cobb Accessport or do I need to tune this thing myself? I am looking for easy breezy! ;-)

So I actually reordered the reflash a couple days before hondata announced the flashpro and shipped out my ecu. Talked to hondata and Club RSX today and they will willing to give me a full refund for it minus shipping. So big ups to them for saving me that $200. A group buy on the flashpro would be nice =). Now we just need a volunteer 2010 RDX model...

Looked at the FlashPro videos. I understand now if they have the same map database...bring it on!
