Console light doesn't turn on, how to fix?

As you can see in the screenshot the area circled in red doesn't turn on at night. I looked in the service manual and in this forum but can't find an answer. Any ideas how to fix this? Is it a bulb or fuse? Thanks

Does the rest of the dash buttons light up? If so, it's the bulb in that section. Requires taking the console apart to get back there.

most of the time; buttons do not have bulbs, but soldered LED's.
if one wants to replace the lights, one would have to unsolder the burnt out LED and solder back in a new LED.

Just buy an OEM bulb. There is no benefit of getting an LED for an in-dash light. You will not benefit from he increased output.
