Light dose not flash? Advice please

My right turn signal is messed up. The back light turns but the front dose not flash. The bulb is not burnt cuz its on when the driving lights are on. It flashes really fast. I tried installing a new bulb in it and still dose it? any ideas?

definitely relay. I wouldn't bother with it tho. If I were you, I would take it in to the dealer and have them do the work.

Wait a sec. I believe there are two filaments on the front turn signal bulbs. You could have burnt out one filament and still have the sidemarker light on.

Correct. There are 2 filaments in the bulb. The rear one blinks fast cause the the front one is out and there is not enough resistance in the circuit. My Volvos were same way everytime turn signal bulb went out.

You arte correct. It's most likely just a bad bulb.
