Front right turn light acting weird

Hey guys,

so I notice since yesterday or so when I give a turn signal to the right, the flashing frequency became very fast, much faster than when I give signal to turn left. I step outside, to see all right turn lights (front, mirror, back) are flashing, but at that high frequency. Plus I noticed only the front yellow light doesn't get as bright as the left light when it is signaling turn.

What is going on? Since all lights are working fine the fuses must be working. Is it a sign of something about my front signal bulb?

thanks,
Tuguldur

Start with the bulb. Replace both sides and check for corrosion. If that is not the issue replace the relay under the dash. If that doesn't work you might have a short in the wire...it can be very difficult to find.

Will try changing the bulb.

BTW yesterday evening for about 2 hours it actually worked fine suddenly. But today morning it was back with high frequency.

Short. Those can be really hard to find. Could be any number of things.

I read once that a guy had a similar issue with his ride, turned out to be caused by a screw that was inadvertently left behind on the assemby line. The screw worked its way over to a wire and serveral years of vibraions caused the sharp edges to wear a hole in the wires insulation causing the issue.

That is rare. I would start wih the obvious areas, such as a crushed wire between the turn signal lens and body.
