While I am driving my 07 RDX the power briefly shuts off, and the nav system resets, VSA and other lights flash and the radio glitches out. At first, I assumed it was the battery. The problem still continued today after having the battery replaced. My alternator was replaced last just about a year ago. I have been having the issue now for a week or two. No error code has come up, either. Has anyone had this issue?

 

Alternator wouldn't cause this. Sounds like a possible loose connection somewhere. Do you have any corrosion on your battery terminals? My positive terminal became corroded to the point where the car could shut off after starting because the vibration sometimes causes the connection to break. Eventually replaced the whole thing.
