Hello everyone.
I just purchased my first Acura vehicle ever, a 2008 RDX base. It is for my wife's daily driver.
My wife and I have always loved Acura and we thought the RDX would be a good vehicle for us as we are expecting our first little one soon. She couldn't jump up into her jacked up jeep anymore, and it would be difficult for her to lift a kiddo up into that thing. We wanted something that was kinda sporty but still a good vehicle to start a family with, and the RDX fits the bill nicely I think.
She has made me swear not to touch anything on it, but I'm having a hard time not daydreaming about what I can swing to get a little more umph out of it.
Anyways, I wanted to introduce myself, and say hello.

Welcome to the family!!
You can always do the Hondata reflash ($300 for 26hp/33tq). You can tell her it is for improving mpgs; which, it does give you about .5 to 1 mpg combined improvement depending on how you drive.

Other than some tint on the windows, the RDX doesn't need much.

Welcome and congratulations on the lil one!
IMO, I'm glad I got the reflash and K&N intake and wish the RDX came with it. Looking forward to a downpipe.
Hope all the fluids are good and enjoy!

Perhaps some lower profile tires?

yes - but it is a Hondata dealer, not your Acura dealer.
