Just wanted to say thanks to all the posters here on the forum. I was armed with so much info, I felt like I knew more about the buying process and the car than the dealership did.

Of course they tried to cook the numbers when the deal finally got drawn up, but I held firm and got what I thought was a very very good deal. Ended up with a Black/Black with tech package with 7 miles on it and a VIN in the 22k's. So basically right off the truck, very cool.

My only regret was not getting the front spoiler and roof rack put on as part of the deal, but hopefully I'll still add those at some point. I looked at the instructions and especially the front spoiler (which I think is really cool) looks somewhat labor intensive so not sure if I'll end up trying it on my own or not.

As for the car, we love it. The only suprise I had was how much voice activation there is. I LOVE that functionality!

Grats on your purchase. We're picking up ours soon. We got the tech version with wheel locks and splash guards for $34,800.

I think we got hosed a bit on the trade. 06 TSX navi, pristine with 9500 miles for $24k.
