Canadians - how much did you pay for your RDX?
I'm looking at replacing my Forester XT with an RDX and I am wondering what most Canadians ended up paying for theirs.
I am looking for one without the tech package, but my main concern is how much below MSRP you can get.
Thanks!
FYI, I did a search, but most of the info dates back to 2006.

They seem to be discounting more readily on the base than on the tech, both in Canada and the U.S.

I signed up to Car Cost Canada and found the wholesale price to be about $37,500.
I added 5% for profit = $39,375
Now, I had a trade in to work with but I feel I was able to get the values I wanted both on purchase price and trade in value.
You should be able to walk in to any dealership in the GTA and offer $39K and get it.

5% is too much, I think 700-1000 is good enough for them.

Dealerships don't just make $ on the sale of a car. There are many sales incentives out there that make it worth getting your 3-5% profit and making the sale. Not to mention servicing of vehicle as well.
